Question by the only o: how does bluetooth advertising work?
i need to know how bluetooth advertising works
i found a company http://proximitymedia.com/howworks.htm
but it doesnt really show how it works.
if you look at the diagram it says web server
what is that?
and what is gprs ip….i thought gprs is a mobile phone technology and what does it have to do with bluetooth advertising?

i need the system to work for a cinema advertising available tickets.

would a database and a server be needed?
what is GPRS IP

Well I look to it for my business, and worked out out of my balance so I could not do it, the price of the custom memory sticks is too much, just to add some silly text on it and a tiny logo, so I wouldn’t do it, there is many other free listing that you could do such as the one on yell.com, thomsonlocal, bt directory and so on, contact those company or go on ther relative site for more details
